pretty fast. just take it easy out there. 5:07. good morning, mark tamayo. >> good morning. i can count the cars. today the big headline is this, temperatures warming up for today. plenty of sunshine. temperatures 70s to the 90s, easily the warmest day of the upcoming period. with this pattern in place fire danger on the increase. no red flag warnings but still elevated fire danger for the north bay hills and east bay hills for today. current numbers most of the region in the 50s, san francisco 55, livermore though 60, san jose 59, concord 57. high pressure strengthens today, offshore winds and a fog free forecast. those readings back up into the 70s. look what happens, though beginning tomorrow and also into wednesday, a significant drop off in those readings as the system moves in from the north and temperatures easily by wednesday only in the low 70s and there could be enough moisture with this it is a fairly good bit of drizzle first thing wednesday morning and there is even the slight chance of a few sprinkles scattered around the bay area, only a minimal chance but something we wi

different tomorrow morning. mark tamayo is warning on the complete bay area weather forecast. . >> we have developing news now. >> frank somerville and garcia weekdays on ktvu, channel 2 news at 5, the complete bay area news coverage. . >> well, we are wrapping up the last weekend of summer with a pretty unusual weather pattern. the clouds and showers and rain conditions. we still have some lingering fog and clouds in place. right now with the maps i can show you the cloud coverage is increasing. live storm tracker 2 the clouds are moving into oak bay. parts of the south and even some fog developing up in parts of the north bay. last check reporting the visibility is down to three quarters of a mile. so that could impact your visibility first thing tomorrow morning. as far as rainfall polls over the past 24 hours, you can see, in fact, here is the radar loop. not a lot of activity. you can see some measurable rainfall. vacaville is just barely measurable. half moon bay is 3/100ths of an inch. pretty much quiet on the radar right now. clouds and drizzle across parts of the region for today.
